SAF-T Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
SAF-T is a harmonization for a simpler exchange of data with the authorities. SAF-T is a standard defined by the OECD.
Data setup and maintenance
In connection with the implementation of SAF-T, many companies have spent a long time setting up and maintaining the setup.
axsolutions SAF-T module is much simpler to set up than the standard module, as the setup is collected in one screen and it is possible to export setup data and import it again when you have corrected data in a spreadsheet.
Statutory validation of submitted data
It is the company’s obligation to validate data before it is submitted to the authorities.
axsolutions has some validation built into our module and individual setup errors in master data are corrected automatically. When data is submitted for the first time, we help with a thorough validation and help correct any errors.
Performance problems
Companies that have set up the standard SAF-T module and tried to create SAF-T have experienced major performance challenges. Most have not been able to create SAF-T files for an entire year as prescribed by law. Many have never been able to create it for a month.
When exporting SAF-T data to XML files, it is important that data is retrieved and exported in a rational and fast manner. axsolutions SAF-T module is built to quickly collect and export data. Through several installations at customers, we have proven that the module can handle very large data volumes.
File sizes
The Norwegian authorities (Tax Administration) have set a limit of 2GB per file and this is not enough for very large companies.
It is not legal to create files for one month of the past unless you include the summarized figures for the year in each monthly file.
The module can split the reported files so that they comply with the legal requirements.
Support
We are happy to help when the module needs to be set up, training is needed, data needs to be validated, the auditor has questions or you need support.
General information about our modules
axsolutions solutions are in independent tables and screens and have no direct corrections in the standard Dynamics application.
